Well, hello there! The name’s Jun Macahiya, a professional worrywart and slayer of cyber threats. After years of anxiety-ridden career in cybersecurity leadership, I’ve decided to put my paranoia to good use.

Armed with a CISSP, Security+, CEHv10, and several vendor related certifications, I bring decades of experience securing enterprises from themselves. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve stopped employees from oversharing data or clicking on suspicious links. Call me the office mom who teaches people to look both ways before crossing the digital street.

My specialties include IT operations, SaaS, cloud operations, security engineering and operations, governance, risk management, and compliance and everything in between – all the boring acronyms needed to protect companies from existential disasters. I have founded and am now the primary consultant for Digital Ventures Online.  I’ve served as CISO, Senior Director of Cloud Security, and Global Head of Infosec and Privacy.
